[Stuart Gill @StuartGill65]

Thank you Simone for your support and friendship. And yes, let’s race to zero together!

[Simone Borg @SimoneBorg3]

@BHCStuartGill @presidentmt @RobertAbela_MT @UKinMalta @BishopScicluna It has been an honour and a privilege to know you and your charming wife, to work with you and to enhance the relationship between our two nations to make UNFCCC COP 26 a success. Thank you we race to zero together!

[Stuart Gill @StuartGill65]

My last Independence Day in Malta and it’s an honour to help mark it amidst the beauty of St John’s Cathedral. Happy Independence Day Malta. @presidentmt @RobertAbela_MT @UKinMalta @BishopScicluna

[Stuart Gill @StuartGill65]

Unforgettable yes but I try to forget that night, when I was British Ambassador to Iceland. Not our finest hour. Good luck Michael Nevin! @NevinFCDO

[Iceland in UK 🇮🇸 @IcelandinUK]

#Iceland 🇮🇸 and #England's🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 men‘s national football teams are competing tomorrow for the first time since that unforgettable #Euro2016 game and for the fourth time ever⚽️ Who are you rooting for?🏅

[Stuart Gill @StuartGill65]

Honoured to represent the Diplomatic Corps and to lay a wreath to commemorate Malta’s Victory Day and the historic bravery of her people, at a beautiful - and socially distanced - ceremony in Valletta this evening. @chrisfearne @UKinMalta

[Stuart Gill @StuartGill65]

Congratulations @CathyWardFCO on landing such a great job. Sad for me, great for Cathy and I wish her all the very best. Thank you Malta for the last four years @presidentmt @RobertAbela_MT @EvaristBartolo @UKinMalta

[Stuart Gill @StuartGill65]

Agreed @RosianneCutajar and good talking to you. Glad we will keep working together on the scourge of #humanTrafficking. @UKinMalta

[Rosianne Cutajar @RosianneCutajar]

A very cordial meeting with H.E UK High Commissioner @BHCStuartGill, during which we discussed the efforts to combat #HumanTrafficking.

[Stuart Gill @StuartGill65]

For the last time as British High Commissioner, I was honoured and privileged to lay a wreath in Grand Harbour yesterday evening. I still feel shivers down my spine when I imagine Ohio limping in to GH to change the world. Bravo Malta and all those who made such huge sacrifices.

[UK in Malta 🇬🇧🇲🇹 @UKinMalta]

Today we remember the great deeds carried out by our #veterans and thank them for all sacrifices that they made on our behalves.

The War was a multi-racial and multi-national effort, pulling in over 1 million men from nearly 30 different countries.

Great work by the many volunteers (including my wife Maggie today) protecting the Gozo turtle eggs. Doing our bit to protect our environment. Environmental protection at the heart of our #COP26 ambitions. @farrugiaaaron @EvaristBartolo @UKinMalta

[Stuart Gill @StuartGill65]

Sad not to be able to celebrate in person tonight. The lawn is looking a little empty this year, but that doesn’t stop me thanking all the wonderful people from Malta and Gozo who have been such great friends to the UK. @presidentmt @EvaristBartolo @RobertAbela_MT @UKinMalta
