@breezy_345 I hate strengthening Citeh, but Enzo doesn't want to play for us, you could try and force him to stay, but I would sooner the poison left the changing room.
@Deliciasdelfut@DougLaconti@oelma__ Yeah, sorry, I thought I made that clear, It's not my place to tell Americans what to do, but I was curious as to why higher wages would not work, when they do work elsewhere. It does seem people prefer the tip culture, which is fine.
@DougLaconti@oelma__ No I wouldn't, but I'm not American, I can get a large pizza and two cokes for ยฃ22, or around $30, delivered.
A quck google search tells me, the local pizza place (famous chain), pays $18 an hour, tips are optional, but appreciated.
@Spenser_Bravo6@truthality_kmo@oelma__ The concept is also funny, two people order identical meals, one gets a $20 bottle of wine, the other a $200 bottle. Service is the same, but tip is based off the bill, so very different tips.
@Spenser_Bravo6@truthality_kmo@oelma__ Well obviously the staff will say pay the maximum they can get away with. I get it, the USA is different, but most people see a menu and expect to pay what it says... It's not the consumers job to work out the bill.
@Spenser_Bravo6@truthality_kmo@oelma__ I guess its all fine, as long as you understand the rules, the problem you have is with tourists, in some countries its considered an insult to leave a tip. Plus sometimes a service charge is added automatically....
