A draft Independence Referendum Bill has now been published, setting out the question and who would have a vote.

Now Westminster must transfer the powers and let Scotland choose its own future.

The Bill, which will be introduced into Parliament once the necessary powers are secured, was a commitment in the Scottish Government’s 100 days programme.
