Despite what you may read in the media the Aonach Eagach is not a "walk" and scrambling is not simply using your hands only "for balance". The Aonach Eagach is a serious undertaking, especially in poor conditions when the rock is wet and slippery.

@JeauxLatham @Bempton_Cliffs Couple mile north of Bempton is Filey beach- the most beautiful beach. Last time I was there saw a big flock of Sanderlings up close. You'll be too late for them but the southern part of the beach is magic.
