Well done @qantas. After three hours on hold to rearrange cancelled flights from Ireland to Sydney, seems you’ve now cancelled the flight from London to Sydney and replaced it with a Gold Coast flight. Now on hold for another 3 hours to try and sort out. What is going on? #angry
