@jimmy_saul90 The licences being relied on for Dragon and Cocuina-Manakin are what we negotiated and signed in December 2023 and June 2024. Additionally, the de-unitizing of Manatee from Loran is what we negotiated in 2019. So it is ALL THE PNM’s work.
