I realise the COVID situation has affected lots of businesses but when you have tried to contact a company 4 times using their requested contact method, you think even a single response would be achievable. It is a shame for RowPerfect they are failing to do so. @Rowperfect

@stewartgolf Got my new for my birthday. Find you have to download the user manual, the warranty registration page does not work, the power cable has European end on it and no battery or charger either. Not an auspicious start to my experience with the make.

Train delayed and @VirginTrains delay repay web page does not allow you to input your stations. Talk about making it hard to claim your ticket compensation! @thetrainline has no clear method to help you claim it back either. Quite frustrating.
