@talkSPORT Mad that you can actively abuse your body the way he has for years and years and then just call on the NHS to save you when you've had enough. It's all self inflicted so he should have to go private and pay for it.
@talkSPORT No disrespect. But to listen to AB casually & jokingly exposing his drinking habits over the years. This transplant comes as no surprise… It also should be ‘his wake up call’ to grow up. Stop glorifying in ‘gettin it down yer neck’… It’s not funny. It’s dangerous. 🤨
@talkSPORT Who’d of thought a bloke who talks about getting pissed every day like a 14 year old needed a liver transplant? He’s based is whole media career about being an alcoholic, everything he promotes on here, Cheltenham for example he just talks about getting pissed. He’s an idiot.
@talkSPORT Hope it was his private health bill. To think the NHS should have to pay for a man who has endlessly espoused the benefits of getting mullered every day of the week for 40 + years is unbearable.
There should be a TalkSport-wide policy of not glorifying excessive drinking. I’ve personally found it totally unacceptable for a long time - especially Cheltenham which is essentially an excuse for a 5 day bender
Alan Brazil is/was clearly an alcoholic, and needs ongoing help
And spare us the ‘thank God he’s still with us’ schtick - all those who didn’t intervene are to blame
