Our family street is under threat. 106 Lincoln Road is being converted into a large HMO with extensions & loft conversion. More people = more noise, no parking, overflowing bins, rats, and sewage strain.

This is over-development, plain and simple.

@HSSProService what does it take to get some help from you, no one seems to responsibility for issues. I’ve wasted 2 hours trying to sort an issue. Passed from one department to another to tell you I returned a tool on Monday and stop you emailing me invoices for delayed return.

@Apple shocking customer service for over a week now regarding a new lap top that has gone missing in transit. No one has contacted me I’ve had to chase them constantly.
Every time I talk CS I come away angrier, isn’t their job to make people happy?

Can I cancel the order at this stage, can I get a refund?
