@SamsungUK My fiancée bought a Z Flip5 and recently had the built-in screen protector peel & was told to go to EE store. They quoted £300 as the screen protector is out of warranty. Terrible warranty T&Cs considering it is on finance still - Lost two customers.

@SamsungUK Obviously we weren't going to pay that fee, so claimed on our insurance, but they've annoyingly sent back a different coloured phone when she had specifically selected a colour only available from the online store.

@electric_dart @Hyundai_UK We have a towbar for load carrying a mountain bike rack on the back. Not used it yet, but I imagine that may cause some need for adjustment which we can't do right now. Car is going to Portsmouth dealer at 1pm. Fingers crossed it's sorted along with the speedo being out 2mph 😂
