Thanks for this. I don't think we're skeptical about much of the pipeline, but we're always striving to make this as end-to-end as possible especially with something like good topology. In fact your example was referred to as "the best topology we've seen"!

It's my understanding that good topology is one of the hardest things to do in 3d, and not many artists enjoy doing it. There are retopology tools that exist that make the process easier and I wonder if there's a good place for a model that truly excels in that. In my mind it should be possible when you look at Rodin and Hunyuan polygen (maybe some combination of them?).

Let's not go by that graphic as the consequences are that we strip all human meaning and are more or less allowed to exist as allowed by digital gods lol. We won't be worrying about all this probably.

I thought this was the dumbest take for the longest time, but you’re starting to convince me. The opportunity is so big that any kind of control and acceleration of this magnitude is probably worth it. At the types of valuations autonomous driving companies are headed towards this makes more sense.
