To Yoruba Muslims, Islam must come first..
To Hausa Muslims, Islam must come first...
To Igbo Muslims, Islam must come first...
To Fulani Muslims, Islam must come first...
To Nupe, Igala, gyagyi, Idoma, Adara, Kanuri, Ijaw, Tiv, Berom, Ngas, Naraguta, etc, Islam most come first before your ethnicity or race.
Remember that all Muslims are brothers and sisters; Allah has forbidden us from fighting over ethnicity, race, or culture. We must never allow worldly distractions to compromise our unity, nor should we ever sacrifice our eternal faith for fleeting pleasures.
Here are my go-to books on Tarbiyyah in my book vaults:
1. Tuhfatul al-Mawdud bi Ahkam al-Mawlud by Ibn al-Qayyim: This one is a very definitive guide for the upbringing of children. It covers everything from birth rituals to the spiritual guarding of their natural disposition.
2. Ihya Ulum al-Din by Imam al-Ghazali: I love this for his guide on upbringing, soul and self discipline and a guidance on how to build a good character. I have reservations on his Manhaj though, but this book is sweet!
3. Zaad al-Ma’ad by Ibn al-Qayyim: this is a masterclass on the Prophetic model of life, teaching how to live and act in a way that aligns with a higher purpose.
4. Adab al-Mufrad by Imam al-Bukhari: Sheik Abu Nasir made me love this book. It is a good book that is essential for understanding the high-level manners and social ethics required to navigate community life without causing harm.
5. Al-Akhlaq wa al-Siyar by Ibn Hazm: This one is a raw and honest look at human psychology and how to cure the diseases of the heart through self-discipline and logic.
Others are Sayd al-Khatir by Ibn al-Jawzi and chapter of Kitab al-Adab from Sahih al-Bukhari.

“My name is Oluwatoyin Olushile, I’m from New York City, I work as a manager in the post office in New York City, I’ve never smoked in my life, what I held that day is an electric cigar and what’s inside was a Vapor, no smell or nothing”

Did you know the reason herbalists and dark spiritualists always ask for your mother’s name, or the name of the mother of the person you want to target?
It is because the jinns believe humans are bastards. In their logic, there is no absolute guarantee that your father is truly your father, but there is never a doubt about who the mother is.
