We are a collective of Burmese activists, scholars, and students based in the U.S. and supporters working to advocate for democracy in Burma.

As an a policy-driven advocacy group, SFB aims to give a platform for Burmese voices in informing policy makers and the public through our Burma-related research and networking efforts. Currently, our focus is on the draft Burma Bill that is about to roll out in U.S. Congress.
