SCHOLARSHIP OPP! This yr at @StudentsoSalaam we’re expanding our annual class of Scholars to 4 students.
Each Scholar will receive:
• $3,000 scholarship
• 1:1 mentorship throughout college
Must be an immigrant to the US to apply. No US citizenship req.

They tried to weaponize the #2020Census by adding an untested and unnecessary citizenship question. They tried to consolidate GOP power and a whiter electorate. They tried to manipulate our democracy.
They lost – but the fight isn't over. We MUST rise up and be counted in 2020.
Regarding the addition of the citizenship question to the #2020Census, AOC demands answers for why the government has ignored procedures for something so significant.
.@AOC fired up on the census citizenship question: "I want to know why we have skipped every normal, mandated procedure in testing how this question gets added in the census ... I want to know about corruption, I want to know about the racism."
Josh Cayetano, from the SOS team, is urging us to honestly look at the injustices in our backyard and take action. We can’t move towards justice if we turn away from the suffering of those in our communities.
