It's the last day before I start full time research for the summer, and I have spent it:
- crying (reading a very good book)
- cleaning
- crocheting
- crying some more (Binge watched Moon Knight again)
@sydney_spy11@Josh_Sankarlal@augustAP12 Like besties, I'm disabled. I literally rely on the simcoe bus to get me anywhere. It's already packed, and this will only make it 10ร worse.
No more emails. If you want something from me you must approach me slowly and calmly with a piece of apple or carrot in your palm with your fingers flat and extended so I do not bite them
Not to be grumpy on main, but I'm actually pretty upset with @Durham_Transit right now.
I had to get bloodwork done this morning. I don't live far from campus, but I'm too weak to walk home. I grab the bus, it should be two stops.
The bus does not let me off at my stop.
@jonestly___ @Durham_Transit It's so absurd. There have been so many delays and people getting passed over by packed busses because there's so many people transferring from the 915 to the 901 at simcoe and taunton. Just run the 915 back up to UOIT already
The wild part is that @the_OTSU , @DCStudentsInc , and @my_tdsa have all petitioned for DRT to make the changes to the 915, and to bring back the 910. But DRT didn't listen.
Students are your primary customers for 8 months out of the year. DRT needs to listen to us.
@Durham_Transit is entirely unprepared for the return to in person classes. The 915 needs to be coming up to the university again, because people transferring from it are packing all of the northbound busses on Simcoe. The 901 needs to be running on the extra-long busses.
It is the day before school starts and I have rampant adhd, which means I will be reading ahead for classes, filling in 3 different planners/calendars, and rearranging my desk twice ๐
