너나 잘해 = You behave yourself, and never mind me.

공부나 해 = Just study and don’t think about other things.

미래 is the future in general but 앞날 is usually “someone’s future” as in the days to come.

ex)
미래 기술 = future technology
앞날이 걱정되다 = to be worried about one’s future
