Okay so quick rant. I have this research essay I have to do but I just feel so lost and inadequate. I haven't ever done anything like this before and I thought I was a lot more capable but I'm not. I just don't know how to start or where to go or what to do.

And I just feel sooo lonely cuz I really don't have anyone to talk to or really help me through it. It feels so alienating. I wish I could lean on some one for support and help but I have to do everything on my own
