Just use a Ranald initiate that got a vision that they are the perfect team to do it.
In the end the mark is worse than just a rich miser. To avoid the always Chaos make him a dabbled in Necromancy.

It took more than 10 years after my last painting session to get back at the brushes.
I got a nice master class from @mandy_mandible at my LGS.
3 hour session and a lot of new techniques that were not common in times of the Green Goblin bases!
