@xdNiBoR Look, this wasn't some game changing movie that will be studied in film classes for the next few decades. But I found the movie very enjoyable.
Definitely one of the better movies of the year.
Curious what type of things do you think we're left unexplained?
@LostInSpace9182@Aaron88035556@JackTinney2 OJ was let off based on technicalities during the trial.
The witness in this trial was found to be unrealiable and manipulative by the judge.
Such a harsh characterization of the witness is not necessary unless the judge felt the need. That's not the same as a lack of evidence.
@Jarod23409143@mattlabelle He was never this good though.
Marner had more goals and shots yesterday then he ever had in any SERIES with the Leafs.
He scored 13 goals in 9 years with the Leafs and already has 10 goals with Vegas.
He wasn't terrible, but he was never great for the Leafs.
@TatooineSons You seem to think people are incapable of unique thoughts???
I sat through the movie and turned to the person next to me and immediately told them "well that sucked"
During Episode 9 I was even more angry the whole time.
@Lickquidity@robertpuklin@robmaurer SpaceX recoups their entire initial capital cost in profit after just 15 months.
So if the deals last that long and then both pull out, then SpaceX is left with two massive data centers to use themselves that are already fully paid for.
@RobertHarrisonv@TheMindScourge Excluding high depreciating expenses from mega capex projects that have not even attempted to make money is a very logical statement.
Every operational division is profitable. You are making it seem like I just removed the biggest operating expense from their active divisions.
@RobertHarrisonv@TheMindScourge Every major division between SpaceX and Tesla was profitable last year if you exclude Starship development costs and data center build out.
And both comoanies are trending to me more profitable in 2026 then they were in 2025.
@RobertHarrisonv@WolvesSuperfan@TheMindScourge These deals are basically 90% profit and have 3 month break away notices. So even if both Google and Anthropic canceled the deals tomorrow, SpaceX would have still increased revenue by 50% year over year, just from these deals alone.
@jacob_bomb_@504Logannn@TheUnaButters@TouchlineX It definitely is uncomfortable, especially the first couple nights. But you just sleep with no covers and spreadout on the bed and you eventually fall asleep. And after a few days, you become used to it.
@13ericralph31 xAI buil two data cebters for 14B and 18B respectfully. They both cost around 1B per year to operate.
SpaceX has agreed to rent 100% of one and 40% of another for 26B per year.
In what way is this bad for SpaceX???
@KEICalifornia@deltaIV9250 That's not true. The two data centers cost roughly 14B and 18B to build and then have an operating expense a little under 1B each per year.
This means that if Google and Anthropic deals last 1.5 years, then xAI have already recouped their entire capital investments.
@tony_tweets1@globeandmail@OTPPinfo The thing is, without providing the source, I have no way of verifying that.
For all I know, you could be adding up contracts that are paid out over multiple years, and then dividing that by revenue for only a single year.
I will look this up when I have time and get back.
@tony_tweets1@globeandmail@OTPPinfo Why would you send a screenshot of a headline over the link to your source information.
I would gladly read any source you are willing to provide.
@robertpuklin@robmaurer No its like renting an Air B&B for 3 months with an option to continue for up to 3 years, and then extrapolating a year profit.
@Tenit902@globeandmail Sure, but only a percentage. Not their entire holdings could be sold.
Also, that is still a big difference to be waiting several months before you can even sell any shares. Compared with the original comment, which recommends selling immediately.
