@LucyPilot_ Happy New Year Lucy, all the best for 2024. Keep being you and doing what you love.

@MartinSLewis We’re on a fixed rate and make overpayments. Our provider has sent a letter saying on our next annual statement, they may change our monthly payment. It’s says ‘if you’ve made any overpayments - your payment could go down’
Can they do this?

When in Toulouse, it would be rude not to visit The Melting Pot Pub and bring back memories from an amazing away game @Oldham_Rugby

@JTTsteve @united In Nov last year, our bags missed the BRU-EWR flight after a connecting flight. Days of phoning the baggage team and the handling agent in BRU, we got them back SIX days later. The bags had been found after 2 days and tagged to go to EWR but got lost again. Shambles!

[Stuart Shires @StuieShires]

@LucyIsabel767 Fantastic news, you get to fly on the Queen of the sky.

[Stuart Shires @StuieShires]

@CarlosFavario @FlyingBrussels @united @staralliance I know and still no response from @FlyingBrussels. This is such poor service, even @united aren’t getting a response. @manairport doesn’t want to help and Stobart Aviation haven’t replied to my email. Bags now missing for 36 hours!!!!

[Stuart Shires @StuieShires]

It’s 04:00 here in MCO and still no confirmation from @FlyingBrussels & @united where our bags are. It’s over 24 hours since we checked them in at MAN. 2 bags missing, no clothes and now the first day of our holiday ruined. Shambles of a journey from start to finish! #findourbags

[Stuart Shires @StuieShires]

Any response @FlyingBrussels? @united state they are contacting you about our missing bags. We checked them in over 30 hours ago and still no one can tell us where they are. This is dreadful service from a @staralliance airline.

[Stuart Shires @StuieShires]

@FlyingBrussels, United Airlines are stating that they didn’t recieve the bags in BRU yesterday from the delayed SN2184 flight from MAN. So where are our bags, someone needs to find out where they actually are! This is not acceptable, we need answers now.
