I cant stress enough how important it is to have User Experience Designers involved more into the Gamedesign Process. Thinking UX early on will save you thousands of hours in fixxing and iterating later on

@JaviSkau Dont do everything. If you want to do character art have a portfolio showing only that. If you wanna do enviroment, only show that in your portfolio. I came across alot of portfolios with tons of half-cooked nonsense. Be good at 1 thing is better then mid in 10 things.
