@Balancement Not on point exactly, but not so far off as to be irrelevant.
AG Holder testified to the House Judiciary Committee in spring of 2013 that Wall Street, and its criminals, weren't "too big to jail/fail," nay, they were too big to even try to prosecute.

@chaos_77777@briebriejoy Yes.
I thought - wrongly, and naively - that because Shaver was white his murder was gonna cause a serious policy shift, and such murders by police would stop.
Alas, that didn't happen. :(
@AntiquarianMuse The "Furry Panic" is/was a false narrative used by folks of low intelligence, and bad character, to push a nefarious agenda.
People of this ilk should be afforded no respect, or credibility, whatsoever.

@FightingForDem7 Most people don't want to know the truth. Just the part that supports their agendas. Not any more than that.
Heritage Foundation Mandate for Leadership has history going back to the early 80's. P 2025 was the 9th, or 10th, iteration. Folks paid little attention to V 1-8.
@Balancement@RepJeffries Everything that I've seen from Dems over the past 5 cycles is that they don't mind throwing the base under the bus, and losing. And twice to the worst candidate, and president ever.
@vicki4088389843@libbyliberalnyc@anthonyzenkus@Balancement Yeah, it is.
I don't expect it will change a thing.
Nader points to the Dems losing to the worst candidate, and president, ever. EVER! And two times.
Best I can tell the Dems are content to just keep f*cking up.
@electrikev I began raising alarms in summer 2008.
By fall 2011 I knew the rise of a populist demagogue was baked in.
In 2016 I was shown to be right. Such a demagogue did rise. His name is Donald Trump.
Still folks pay little to no heed.
@AntiquarianMuse I've never understood why anyone took Rogan seriously.
He hosted a show on which contestants competed to see who would drink the most donkey urine, and donkey semen (among other such oddities).
Just not someone I've ever taken serious.
@harlem_resist If not subject to it then they can't sustain an injury as a result of it. That deprives them of standing, and a lack of standing should deprive the court of jurisdiction.
