.@lowes and @craftsman do nothing to protect the consumer. Brand new mower leaking gas and oil everywhere. Bought 3 year warranty and neither of them will fix it. Taking it to the dump and learning lesson - NEVER BUY FROM @Lowes OR @craftsman - EVER!!!

.@lowes sent you DM. NEVER buy from @Lowes. They sell inferior garbage, they push warranties that have ZERO value. Mower 4 months old. Store 1855 Jeff says mower needs Air filter changed and chg’d me $104. Air filter was CLOGGED with leaking gas and oil!!! They didn’t fix it!!
