@tatogamee @Roblox I've played this game for almost 8 years and spent over thousands euro and they deleted my account without confirming again now all i get from my appeal are ai response only thing they response is unable to provide further assistance._.

@tatogamee @Roblox So i provided them the screenshot of invoice they requested and said "I don't remember this purchase can you check which device did that" AND THEN they deleted my account and refunded the amount shown on the bill without confirming me again

@tatogamee @Roblox Did you got account back i got banned for repeated refund too but i was asking them for my account activity/login history they sent me a mail says if we found record we will confirm with me again then send request to billing department i thought this was for checking history

@AoLieDragon 你朋友的那个账号花了那么多钱，真的假的？如果他能记得没有说过违反规则的话，那应该去投诉roblox。我记得北美居民有一个bbb可以投诉，但是roblox好像都不理那里的投诉。他花了那么多钱应该要试试公开投诉。或者尝试提交midr，至少要求他们提供当时说了的什么东西违反规则吧。

@AoLieDragon 这让我越想越生气，我在提交账单图片时还写了描述。要求他们检查是什么设备完成了这个操作，因为我没有印象。结果他们完全没有再次确认就删除了我玩了快8年的账号，这些年我在这个游戏花了超过1000€。现在申诉遇到的全是机器人客服回复：无法提供帮助。

@AoLieDragon 这个好像是一个聊天ID号，他可能说了什么违反规则的东西。他创建ticket联系客服了吗？最近roblox的ai机器人客服越来越多了。

@Breezessjs @Roblox_RTC @Roblox Its my 15 days too i got banned for repeated refund but i was asking them for my login/activity history i simply provided the screenshot of invoice they requested and they refunded me and deleted my account without confirming again now._. only ai bot are replying my appeal

@AlexBradyph Once before, I received a warning after something i said was tagged, so it seems like it violates the rules regardless of whether others can see it or not

@gezi11277 @Roblox Within 30 days you may only receive template and automated reply after 30 days they will probably tell you that you can no longer file an appeal my 8 years got banned for asking them for my activity/login in history

@DOCMCmuffinns i got banned yesterday for repeated refund only thing i did is asking them to give me my account login history i gave them the picture they requested then they refunded me without confirming me again...
i never asked them for refund now they only replying me with someone like bot
