Tomorrow is one of my favorite days of the year…The first day of school! This will be the 29th year I’ve walked into a class of seventh graders hoping to give them an amazing year. I’m sure I won’t sleep well tonight, but it will be worth it when they leave my classroom excited.

This morning @Sturgeonteach & I were honored to lead @FJHChargers PD thanks to @FishersIN @ScottFadness & the Teacher Innovation Grant from summer of ‘24 and the @librarycongress Teaching With Primary Sources conference. I hope our staff gained some valuable ideas & techniques.

Had the honor last night of being chosen for FHS volleyball teacher appreciation night by this truly amazing young lady. Unfortunately she was sick and unable to attend. However, she showed up at the FJH spirit volleyball spirit night and we got our pic!
