@packers I’m sure the answer is based on your age. Like many Packer fans from my generation (born 1979), when I see the Packer logo, my first thought -> Brett Favre. Absolutely loved Favre. Believed in him from when he started in 1992. He proved me right.

@JonGordon11 I really enjoyed this book and this list. I love the order of it. 1-3 are foundational. 4-8 involve talent. 9 is by far the most important but placed exceptionally well. I’m not sure if 10-11 happen if you don’t get 9. Thanks Jon.
@tkanold I read ‘Heart!’ early morning on my deck with a cup of coffee and a great view. Great start to the day! Keep up the great work leading leaders. Nice job at Minneapolis PLC summit!
@JonGordon11 When I feel fear, I will choose Faith. Faith >>> fear. Fear holds you back from your potential. Instead, believe in God’s plan for you to help others.
@JonGordon11 I’ve read all but three. Currently doing a team read at our Elementary School with The Power of a Positive Team. I read it last summer. Latest one = Training Camp. Next One = The Coffee Bean. Always striving to get better as a leader.
Greatness isn’t achieved by worrying what everyone thinks of you. Don’t look outside. The praise, criticism, expectations; it’s all just noise. Look inside to your heart and soul and do your thing. Do it with love and create greatness from the inside out.
Culture isn’t just one thing, it’s everything. It’s not just one person. It’s everyone. Everyone on your team creates your culture and your culture drives everything.
