@harvestright RUN AWAY! THEY SEND YOU A BAD MACHINE AND THEN WANT YOU TO FIX IT BY SENDING PARTS OVER AND OVER.. WOULD YOU DO THAT WITH YOUR APPLIANCES IF THEY WERE BAD ON ARRIVAL?

@harvestright Don't buy a Harvest Right Machine!! They spend more money on marketing than creating good products. If they send you a lemon, they send you parts to fix your machine over and over, they won't replace it. How absurd! Would you do that with your washer ?

@harvestright Don't buy a Harvest Right Machine!! If it is bad, they won't replace it. They make you run a lot of test batches and upload/download files and then make you start replacing parts on your machine over and over until it works. THEY clearly don't stand behind their product!!
