U guys rejected on the basis that this was preexiting condition which was not disclosed earlier. Really? Who the hell is working on submitted documents? @consumerforum_@forum_consumer@consumerforum I wanted to logged a complaint for ICICI Lombard where I have taken a health insurance policy. My surgery was planned and executed on 19 jun on account of Umblical Hernia and Gallbladder stone detected on 25 jun. I submitted all the required documentation on 17 jun for cashless claim. Today I got discharged and these ICICI team continuously getting rejected and now finally they rejected by saying this was preexisting diagnosis which wasn’t informed prior. It has given me a mental trauma. Now they are saying it’s a Sunday and we can’t do anything.. they have made a joke. We buy insurance so that we can get support when needed but now I have to arrange money to get my discharged.. kindly help here..
You cannot do anything.. I am struggling for 17jun, my surgery done, still you guys are unable to approve.. I will suggest maximum public not to go with ICICI Lombard. You guys are so cheap that you are sending a person to verify whether really any Stuti is admitted for surgery. Even hospital has mailed you still.. bad experience…@consumerforum@consumerforum_
@AkasaAir I have booked our direct flight from Ayodhya to Bengaluru for 01st Nov long back, and without prior information you have changed the schedule including long hrs layover in Delhi. Did you took confirmation from all passengers? You guys didn't took pain to inform even. I have another flights from Bengaluru to London. Now who is going to manage all these mess which you guys have created? I really do not care now, I want the alternative where I can reach Bengaluru as per the original schedule time. This is not acceptable. Also would like to hats off to your Customer care services where they done received calls or put us on hold for long que more than half an hrs..
Worst experience at Ayodhya Airport. @AkasaAir not a single staff available to support at airport. Missed flight infront of me while plane was still standing at boarding. @AkasaAir thanks for telling us they will not be available once checkin is completed. Ground staff tried calling multiple times to Akasa staff but they were not responding. Help centre team tried best to connect with Akasa team to get us onboard but no one responded. Worst experience @AkasaAir
@AkasaAir It has been 3 days and no action from you. This is really sad. This is not expected of Akasa. My freshly booked flight is from Gorakhpur to Bangalore right now(QP1883) and I am in the plane, and this flight that already delayed twice, from 10:40 AM to 12:05 PM is still waiting and the passengers are boarding.

@AkasaAir No you have not responded on my query and not resolved. Flight was infront of me and no one from Akasa team there to get us onboard. I want my refund.. helpdesk team also tried to contact the team but no one came .
