@KrissyInColor Me sitting here knowing there is no way this post is about me, but also wondering if I did something to offend a lady. But I'm not supposed to apologize if I don't know what I'm apologizing for. And I am suddenly in a social anxiety paradox.
Trying to make up for a bad weekend monetarily. If you can come watch, or even just leave it up on your phone, I'd be extremely grateful. https://t.co/fQMxXM1mEk
Can anyone explain why I've had more success randomly jumping on twitch over the past week than I did over a year ago when I was actively trying to make it a thing?
How I imagine the conversation:
Hasbro: I keep hearing about some issues in D&D. We don't really care but are there any issues we could pretend to fix?
WotC Exec: You know people complained that our historically evil races are culturally coded around African Americans...
H: Yes?
I'm struggling with the desire to run a fantasy rpg without racism, but feeling like racism has nearly always existed in the fantasy setting. I believe my biggest fear is unintentionally culture coding one of the races.
I'm a slow reader and still less than 100 pages in, but thank you @BeckyLynchWWE for offering this look into your life. Tears stain my eyes as I think of the dreams I've missed.
