@LEC_Wooloo So yeah depending on these metrics and then also how much you value their domestic competition vs internationals you'd have more/less western players

Skew/Caps/Inspired make it for me when on form but there's always this ever changing pool of 15-20~ players

@LEC_Wooloo I think many lists will be so different since people can drastically value/over value certain factors

I'm sure you can get lists of the 10 best laners/early game junglers that shine and take over whereas others will value the best teamfighters (some of the absolute best do both)
