Dear Team i am facing a repeated issue with my orders over the past one month. Whenever my order is assigned to a particular store/partner in Shahi Baug Ahmedabad , it gets cancelled with reasons such as “vehicle punctured”, “parcel is too large”, 1/4
@SwiggyCares As you told me to order again and after placing the order within minutes it got canceled, if you can't delevr to a specific location from a specific station then why it's live on app?
I have all the details of orders and call recordings of that fake reasons of delevery partner
@SwiggyCares Now got 2 times call from swiggy just ranged for 1 second and then cancled the order

@SwiggyCares@Swiggy Delevry partner always call and try their best and request me to cancle that order by my side but when I refuse, their behavior also changes towards harsh words and when I say I will complain to higher authorities, they are like jisko bolna he bolo kuch nhi ho skta
@SwiggyCares@Swiggy without further cancellations. Please take necessary action against the concerned service partner or assign a reliable delivery partner.
