I want to get this off my chest.....
The real estate market in 2022 has absolutely kicked my ass.
It was raining money in 2021 and my team and I were in the top 1% in the entire country. We were a well oiled machine closing dozens of loans every month.
It's almost time to get back to work...
but first...I'm going to spend time with my family, some friends. I'm going to get my mind right. My body right. I'll be ready to go in 2023.
My fellow real estate industry peers - THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY OF A LIFETIME.
Buyers have all the leverage right now. Sellers have very little. If you are on the fence, I would recommend getting off of it. This could change very quickly back to a sellers market with bidding wars.
