seeing the number of people making posts about getting laid off from companies like Meta, Oracle, Salesforce is :( but at the same time i still have faith in humanity
i wonder how people would feel if @netflix integrated some sort of social aspect into their platform (like @youtube) write comments, share films/shows to other netflix accounts, live chat with other netflix accounts while watching simultaneously. just a thought
salute to @Snapchat for charging for storage. So many female influencers still use SC to record because SC has the best filters. My fav filter is "au naturel"
i miss posting daily analysis of SPY, but work has been so busy lately, i haven't had the time... still funding my portfolio through employment while i have the opportunity. #blessed
$SPY respected prior levels again today.
Opened at $657.17, found support near $653.25 (Friday’s close), climbed above the ONH, then pulled back late to retest yesterday’s open as support.
Structure still rules the market.
After losing a month’s worth of gains on Friday, $SPY rebounded today, opening and closing above Friday’s close.
The bounce came after Trump eased tariff fears, saying it “will all be fine!”
Price closed near Oct 1’s open, regaining ~half of Friday’s losses.
In light of the biggest single-day drop in stocks since April, it's worth noting:
Institutions largely sold the last crash, didn't buy the bottom, and have spent the last few months under-weighted equities chasing the market higher
It is therefore likely that this dip will be relentlessly bought, and the market will be ripping higher again within weeks
Remind me of this tweet in November
$SPY started strong, breaking above the ONH but stalled at yesterday’s open.
After consolidating between key levels, Trump’s tariff threat on China triggered a sharp reversal, SPY closed near the Sept. 10 Overnight Split (~$653).
Technicals meet geopolitics.
Today’s $SPY price action was a beauty... at least for structure lovers 😄
After breaking below the ONL, SPY tested yesterday’s open 3 times, dipped to yesterday's overnight split line, then chopped between support and resistance before reclaiming it.
