If the order was cancelled and can't be reinstated, the order number is not personally identifiable by anyone but Amazon. Correct?

@noteva_guy If they have access to a device that is linked to your Amazon account, they wouldn't need the card number. Sometimes friends or family will have the card linked to their account, so we start there. If that's not the case, contacting your bank is the best option.
