@shirleypickford @JillRowan1 Same for me; uni was free due to our very low family income. Being working class, I felt very lucky to have made it into that 2% back in 1970s. My kids have def had more comfortable lives growing up but the uni debt they’re saddled with is astronomical. Sad.

@JillRowan1 My kids are manacled with huge uni debts/high rents. I was lucky to pass 11+, go to uni & have successful career. 1/4 of pensioners are now millionaires; they should help younger gen. We‘ve downsized to give our kids money. Poorer pensioners need help too 💚
