@SurajSa56757590 Hi, The unplugged model is all low voltage and is charged via USB. Therefore it does not have a mains working frequency.

@mikepholmes in that case perhaps it is a thermal fuse on the way out? are the plates operating at 180degC or are they overheating?

@The_Boomshanka i'm afraid we don't have any plastic part spares. I've not heard of anyone stripping them for spares so may not be available
