@qatarairways I hope you can help. We had our flight booking refunded however we had also arranged a Meet &Greet through your App. We need this to be refunded too. We cannot access it now as the booking is no longer showing.

@marksandspencer my husband bought a bouquet of red roses from your Tring store this morning. As soon as he has got them home (a 5 min drive), the petals are falling off everywhere. Such a disappointment. Please can you respond and I can send a couple of photos. Thanks. Alison
@Screwfix yet again. We order tubes of caulk and it doesn’t arrive. On its way back to you from DPD as you don’t package it well enough. Why do you keep doing this?? We needed this asap!

@Hasteskitchen@British_Airways I had to wait 12 weeks and had to purchase a new suitcase re travelling. Today their 'airline partner' offered me a new suitcase from their very limited choice or £40! My suitcase is now £130 new! So annoyed.
@British_Airways so after 12 weeks of hearing nothing about the damaged and delayed baggage, I had to purchase a new suitcase due to travelling. Only now does your airline partner offer me a new suitcase, which I don't now need, or £40 reimbursement. Absolutely disgusting.
@British_Airways It's now over 9 weeks and I still haven't heard anything regarding my claim. I have a case ref no. It is for damaged luggage and essential items. Please can someone assist.
@British_Airways I set up a case reference with you re out of pocket expenses and also damaged luggage, this was on 3rd March. Still no response. Tried calling but can't even speak to a person. Please can you help
@British_Airways It is very unfortunate. But can you not give any indication of a timescale for me to get a response? 8 weeks, 12 weeks, longer?! I need to purchase new luggage after you damaged and cracked mine. This really isn't acceptable.
@British_Airways It’s now 7 weeks since my case reference was set up! How much longer do I need to wait for compensation and reimbursement. @British_Airways please don’t give me the standard response again.
@Dell very disappointed with your service. New all in one PC due to be delivered last week, now no scans at delivery depot. Where is it? Raised service request and also online chat. No detailed reply as yet. Please can you urgently help.
