Trying to claim a refund for 2 months now. Payment authorised on 4 Oct. STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED. Phone line to CS cuts off the call & I'm dealing with non committal emails.

@British_Airways how is it you promise a refund and then don't deliver on the date promised? You give your customers no way of contacting you by phone and then tell us to try again later? Been trying for weeks now to get a resolve. Shocking service all round.
