@filmervishal Vishaliji, we want one screening of #HanumanAsh in Linz, Austria. Our request to screen the movie is denied by Megaplex. Indian diaspora wants one screening in Linz.
@surjitbhalla Is this Congress-I (Indira) & not INC? The old party had split in the 60s and somehow this Indira faction called Congress-I, magically became INC again.
@frictionangel@NarenMenon1 Pre-Islamic Indian courts used trained cheetahs → Mughal courts expanded capture to organized scale (Akbar had 1000 cheetahs)→ later Indian princely courts continued the practice → British-era hunting, bounties and habitat change added further pressure → extinction in India
@samedyunus1@garrxttt@grok If any country stops using dollar or even tried to like Iraq, US millitary bombs it to Stone Age, CIA gets head of states executed or toppled.
Happy birthday to PM @narendramodi - the greatest Prime Minister India has ever had. Thank you for your service so far, sir.
"So far" is important because, apologies, we cannot afford the luxury of letting you retire anytime soon and see where the chips may fall.
While India over time will rise regardless of any one individual, as Sri Aurobindo had rightly alluded, we want to fight for every inch for one and a half billion people.
There is destiny and then there is our own Karma, individual and collective. India maybe destined for great things, but we do not want to leave anything to chance.
The world is in flux, and we need your leadership. Thank you once again, sir. You are an inspiration. May the Gods bless you with a long and healthy life.
@ANI All beautiful water bodies of Bharat were destroyed, that is the first thing 'they' did...because it supported our life, rituals and community....our wells, steps wells, ponds.... and then what was left our rivers, we destroyed ourselves ...

Hon’ble PM @narendramodi ji, we humbly appeal to the Government of India to provide safe and dignified homes in Kashmir for exiled Kashmiri Pandits in their homeland. Their rehabilitation and secure resettlement is a long-standing responsibility of GoI.
Captain Santosh Kumar,
a retired Army officer who noticed something wrong the moment he came home.
He returned to Muthanallur in Anekal Taluk after retiring from the Army in 2008. Every monsoon, roads flooded while nearby lakes stayed dry, and that contradiction bothered him enough to start digging.
He documented lakes and stormwater drains across the taluka and traced the problem to Bengaluru's buried Raja Kaluves between 2017 to 2019. Ancient channels that once moved rainwater from lake to lake. He found British-era maps from 1923 and used them to walk village by village, matching old waterways against what had been built over them.
While studying the link between Muthanallur and Bidaraguppe lakes, he identified four historic Raja Kaluves. One had been so thoroughly encroached that it no longer looked like a waterway at all. Working with residents, he got approvals from the Minor Irrigation Department and restored nearly four kilometres of it, reconnecting it to Battalakere Lake.
The lakes he helped revive are believed to be close to 1,000 years old, some dating back to the reign of Rajaraja Chola I.
This monsoon, neighboring areas flooded again but not Muthanallur.
"In natural settings, rainwater either gets soaked into the soil or makes its way to rain streams, lakes and rivers. If these are maintained efficiently, we will never face floods and calamities." ~ Kumar
The fix already existed, buried under a century of concrete, waiting for someone to go looking with an old map instead of a new budget.
@Windsofchange72 I don't think Amaira got bullied for so long. I saw the intv her parents recently did with Shiv after the footage of her unfortunate last day came. There was no bullying history to this case according to them.
