@RajuUnfiltered Simplest rule is - Your AC’s conpressor should auto trip every 10-15 mins. Find the best temp setting. I generally get it around 27/28 on my ground floor room in delhi.

First 30 mins may be different because it takes more effort to cool down the entire room for the first time.

Log a cyber crime complaint online, visit nearest cyber crime office, talk to the police officials, figure out what to do in such cases and then find a lawyer to respond to legal notice. You may talk to your own bank officials (does not matter if its non-axis bank), they may let you know the internal processes in these scenarios.

Obviously no one wants to get involved in such situations. You tried to resort it amicable by responding and lodging complaints.

With legal notice from them, you must respond accordingly.
