If it works it works, but if you end up catching a player instead, you have to accept the consequences. You can't just throw caution to the wind and go in hard on everything.

Gran Turismo 7 for example, specifically did not add their mtx at launch, so all the initial reviews mention an amazing full price game, not one with a predatory cash shop which came later.
