2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid Safety Recall Alert, Your Child’s Seat Could Come Loose In the Event of An Accident Causing Serious Injury To Your Baby
https://t.co/uBKUixf8jm
Subaru issues safety recall for 2025 Forester Hybrid because your child’s seat could come loose in a crash.
Subaru is recalling nearly 3,000 Forester Hybrids built between November 2024 and March 2025 due to improperly torqued lower anchor bolts for child seats. That could leave your little one unsecured in an accident, and Subaru is inspecting and retorquing the bolts at no cost.
“Improper work instructions at the plant allowed the bolts to be insufficiently tightened.”
Here’s something interesting they don’t mention upfront—there’s a corrected workplace fix mid‑March at the Gunma plant that also improved overall body structure rigidity—details worth learning if you care about durability beyond just safety anchors.

Want more insight on that mid‑March fix and why Subaru calls it extra important for ride quality, not just anchor bolts? Check out the full article to see what you might have missed.
Would this recall make you double-check your car's anchor bolts right away? Do you think it’s alarming that safety parts get less attention than performance features?
