I accepted the delivery of the Model Y. Unfortunately, one major functional issue occurred as the Trunk opened/closed. Delivery guy updated immediately updated operations this looks bad. Operations team called me back asked me to open Service request. @Tesla

@kevtinews Tried my best and delivery guy also tried as well. It did not help. In the end Tesla service noted down this before delivery. I can imagine how stressful these people for delivery numbers.
