YouTube just started to show abbreviated subscriber counts in the API. Sadly this is something we can't do anything about.

Our app will function as you are used to for channels with less than 1000 subscribers.

@darkmage4pro We have no choice, the data we request from YouTube is still the same, but now includes abbreviated subscriber counts.

View counts are not abbreviated by the way.

@dr_phalanges Sadly that won't be possible since it's a change in the YouTube API that we use.

@shashwatsingh_1 Then your count will update every 10 subscribers until you're at 10K+!

⚠️ Starting tomorrow, YouTube will abbreviate subscriber counts which means we will no longer be able to show precise counts for channels >1000 subscribers.

🆘BREAKING: YouTube is starting to roll-out the abbreviated subscriber counts update which prevents us from showing any realtime subscriber count.
