@Stewie0424 @neorohit @ShahBalen Unable to control impulse is either a behavioural or a psychiatric problem both need clinical help. We want these people to be cured and everyone around us to be safe from impulsive people. I know its scandalous but I guess we need to be solution oriented.

@neorohit @ShahBalen This is my clinical opinion. We all have impulses but we can control them. For example sometimes you want to hit someone but you can control it, you don't act on all your ideas or impulses. Thus he seems to have some psychiatric problem or is under influence of substance.
