At most IITs, we talk about promoting interdisciplinary research. However, when it comes to faculty recruitment, candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds often face outright rejection almost at all IITs. Is this trend only specific to Civil (Water Resources)?

@EvryPaisaMatter last month I made couple of transactions. Bought amazon pay vouchers..rwd points show up correctly on ishop. But for that month statement, the base points are showing up.. for some recent transactns on voucher purchases in ishop, I see no pts. Is this normal ?

Unless revises its philosophy, ISc will keep slipping. Not because they're underperforming, but because they weren't built for brand battles. Yet in a country aspiring to attract global talent, such rankings matter. Foreign applicants often judge universities by these very lists.
