🚨 এটা কি Mid Day Meal, নাকি শিশুদের সাথে প্রহসন?
- Hooghly Branch Government School-এর ভয়াবহ বাস্তবতা
ভারত সরকার ও পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার কোটি কোটি টাকা বরাদ্দ করে Mid Day Meal Scheme-এ - যাতে গরিব ঘরের শিশুরা স্কুলে আসে, পুষ্টিকর খাবার পায়, এবং সুস্থভাবে বড় হয়। কিন্তু হুগলি ব্রাঞ্চ গভর্নমেন্ট স্কুলে সেই টাকা কোথায় যাচ্ছে?
এই স্কুলে শিশুদের থালায় পড়ছে - মুড়ি আর চানাচুর।
হ্যাঁ, ঠিকই পড়লেন। রান্না করা ভাত, ডাল, তরকারি, ডিম - সরকারি নির্দেশিকায় যা বাধ্যতামূলক, তার কিছুই নেই। সপ্তাহের পর সপ্তাহ ধরে ছোট ছোট শিশুদের মুড়ি-চানাচুর দিয়ে ক্ষুধা মেটানো হচ্ছে এবং এটিকেই "Mid Day Meal" বলে চালানো হচ্ছে।
এখানেই শেষ নয় -
💧 স্কুলে পানীয় জলের কোনো ব্যবস্থা নেই।
একটু ভাবুন - খেলাধুলার পর, গরমের মধ্যে, ছোট বাচ্চাগুলো জল পর্যন্ত পাচ্ছে না। এটি শুধু অবহেলা নয়, এটি শিশুস্বাস্থ্যের সাথে সরাসরি অপরাধ।
📅 স্কুল চলে সপ্তাহে মাত্র চার দিন।
বাকি দিনগুলো কোথায় যায়? শিক্ষকরা কোথায় থাকেন? কেউ জানতে চায় না, কেউ জবাব দেয় না।
এই স্কুলে যারা পড়ে, তারা সমাজের সবচেয়ে দুর্বল পরিবারের সন্তান। তাদের কথা বলার জায়গা নেই, অভিযোগ করার সাহস নেই - তাই এই অনিয়ম বছরের পর বছর চলছে নির্ভয়ে।
এই শিশুগুলোরও স্বপ্ন আছে। তাদের ভবিষ্যৎ নষ্ট হতে দেওয়া যায় না।
📢 প্রশাসনের কাছে তিনটি দাবি -
✅ এই স্কুলে তাৎক্ষণিক তদন্ত শুরু হোক
✅ Mid Day Meal-এর বরাদ্দ অর্থের হিসাব প্রকাশ করা হোক
✅ দোষী ব্যক্তিদের বিরুদ্ধে কঠোর আইনি ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হোক

I am a loan customer of Punjab & Sind Bank, Bandel Branch (Hooghly). My loan A/c (last 4 digits 1061) was settled in 4th National Lok Adalat, Chinsurah on 13.12.2025 and I deposited the full & final settlement amount on 30.12.2025.
Even after several months, the Branch Manager has not closed my loan account or issued any loan closure letter/NOC. Your online complaint portal is also not working for me (OTP not received on mobile or email).
Kindly look into this urgently and direct Bandel Branch to close my loan account as per Lok Adalat Award and issue NOC/closure letter at the earliest.
If this issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be constrained to escalate the matter to the Reserve Bank of India – Integrated Ombudsman through the RBI CMS portal, as per the grievance redressal guidelines.

I have already tried lodging my complaint on the link you shared (https://t.co/H0NDO8q8WS…). However, the portal is not sending any OTP to my registered mobile number or email id despite repeated attempts, so I am unable to submit the form.
My loan account at Bandel Branch (Hooghly) was fully and finally settled through 4th National Lok Adalat, Chinsurah, and I deposited the settlement amount on 30.12.2025, but the branch has still not closed my loan account or issued NOC.
Kindly register my complaint from your end or provide an alternative email/contact where I can send all my details and documents, so that my loan account can be closed as per the Lok Adalat Award. If this remains unresolved, I will have to escalate the matter to the RBI Integrated Ombudsman through the CMS portal.
