@Shebas_10dulkar@mipaltan If we see how MI works and the things they did to bring him back i don't think they would release him I still think he would stay
Many MI fans want hardik to be released but I want him to play for Mumbai Indians as a player an allrounder of his calibre is not easy to find. We know how Rohit and SKY used him in T20 WC and he performed so better he plays best as a player the sooner he realise it's better
IPL was far more exciting when a team chasing 175 was 115/5 after 15 overs, with bowlers getting some help and it looking unlikely to be chased. But someone like ABD or Pollard was still there, and as fans, we were hopeful of a miracle and then somehow that miracle would happen and match goes to the 20th over. None of this 250–260 nonsense can match that excitement.
I must confess I didn't see a team, as studded with stars as #MumbaiIndians is, come apart like this. The only possible indicator could have been that, Bumrah apart, the others hadn't had an outstanding T20WC. But nobody could have predicted this. I had thought aloud about a hypothesis on my YT channel that reputation is becoming a burden in modern T20 cricket as a possible reason. I don't know if all the forces within were aligned but that could be another. And the experiment with Hardik Pandya as captain is now 3 years old and it has delivered a play-off only once so maybe something isn't working there. But I bet nobody saw #MI not making the play-offs.
Just want this IPL season to end as soon as possible. No matter which team wins. Just end this torture completely. I can’t let Mumbai Indians ruin my night every 2–3 days.
