@Infosys_GSTN data for imports of goods (BOEs) for November 2024 is not showing in the IMS and also not showing in GSTR-2B and only showing on GSTR-2A. Can we take Input Tax Credit in our GSTR-3B for ITC pertaining to imports on basis of 2A?

@kelsey_mannix Mee too

[Narendra Modi @narendramodi]

@FederationOfVM @VKBansalvyapari #GST Council decision

[Ankit Bidasaria @AnkitBidasaria]

@ManishKhatri_Ji @pentonicdj @PiyushGoyal @12 At 14th GSTCM, it was decided that GST rates would be prescribed at 4-digit HSN, unless a carve out was required at 6/8-digit HSN. Since, rate for HSN 9608 prescribed at Srl 232 of Sch II (other than fountain pens & stylograph pens), GST rate for Ball Pen Refills appear to be 12%
