I had an opportunity to meet and have productive and meaningful discussions with Mr. Amit Lohia, Vice Chairman, Indorama Corporation, and Mr. Rajveer Singh, CEO at IFFCO Sadan, New Delhi. Indorama Corporation is a global manufacturing and chemicals group with a good presence in the crop nutrition sector. Indorama is the JV partner of IFFCO at ICS-Senegal. Our discussions reflected the strong relationship and mutual trust that have developed through this partnership over the years. As a farmer-owned cooperative, IFFCO remains firmly committed to ensuring that Indian farmers have access to high quality and cost effective crop nutrition solutions. Strong partnerships such as this enable us to leverage global expertise, resources and opportunities to serve our farmers better.

We also explored possibilities for strengthening our collaboration and identifying new business opportunities that can create greater value for both organisations while ultimately benefiting farmers. I look forward to further deepening this partnership and working together to support the growth, productivity and prosperity of India's farming community.

इफ़को द्वारा अविष्कृत नैनो उर्वरक के बारे में सभी को अवगत किया।

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्रभाई मोदी जी ने नैनो उर्वरक का लोकार्पण कर इसे देश के किसानों को समर्पित किया है। जिन क्षेत्रों में इसका प्रयोग हो रहा है, वहाँ किसानों के बीच इसकी मांग लगातार बढ़ रही है।

नैनो उर्वरक से किसानों को लाभ मिलने के साथ-साथ देश को भी अनेक फायदे हो रहे हैं। इससे उर्वरक के उपयोग की दक्षता बढ़ती है, सरकार पर सब्सिडी का भार कम होता है, पर्यावरण संरक्षण में सहायता मिलती है तथा आयात पर निर्भरता घटने से बहुमूल्य विदेशी मुद्रा की भी बचत हो रही है।

अमर डेयरी के अध्यक्ष अश्विनभाई सावलिया ने अमर डेयरी में कार्यरत अमर सेंटर आफ एक्सीलेंस (गिर गाय संवर्धन केन्द्र) के बारे में सभी को अवगत किया।
